In this special class with Isabelle Stüssi, you’ll explore a restorative Katonah Yoga practice through the lens of four major meridians and their acupressure points—each linked to the emotional axis of the body.
Rooted in both Katonah Yoga and Meridian Yoga, this experience supports the movement and transformation of emotional energy through physical and energetic mapping. By bringing awareness to the subtle architecture of the body, we use the meridian lines as emotional maps—allowing us to gently tend to the mind and heart.
Through guided movement, breath, and targeted self-acupressure, you’ll learn to release tension and overwhelm, developing a refined tool to anchor yourself more deeply in presence, self-trust, and inner clarity.

About Isabelle Stüssi
Ayurveda Practitioner & Katonah Yoga Teacher
Isabelle Stüssi is a certified Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health counselor based in Mallorca. With over 20 years of study in Yoga and Ayurveda, she integrates ancient wisdom with modern embodiment.
Rooted in her Mauritian heritage, she weaves ritual, rhythm, and sensory awareness into her work. Her approach is intuitive, and deeply grounding, blending Katonah Yoga®, Meridian Yoga principles, and somatic awareness.
She is passionate about bridging systems of knowledge—such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine—into a lived, evolving practice. Isabelle sees her work as a pathway to greater self-awareness, resilience, and soul evolution. She offers private sessions, retreats, workshops, and seasonal immersions across Europe.
