We have a 24h cancellation policy, be confident when you book your class. We can not redeem unused classes.
The class pass are for the named individual and are not transferable.
The class pass is not refundable.
Paid subscriptions that are not used or only partly used are no more valid after expiration date.
There is no obligation for reimbursement.
In the case of illness, accident or pregnancy the class pass can be interrupted and put on hold for the duration of the absence.
The illness/accident/pregnancy must be immediately communicated in writing to hi (@) isla.yoga and in each case a medical certificate must be submitted.
