Sitting in Stillness: Tea Ceremony & Meditation
Entering deep winter, this is a warm invitation to begin the New Year in slowness — arriving gently, listening within, and allowing what wants to grow in 2026 to take root.
In this intimate gathering, we sit in stillness, guided by a simple tea ceremony with the teacher plant Camellia sinensis and the practice of meditation. Through ritual, silence, and mindful presence, we create space to settle the nervous system, soften the breath, and return to what is essential. From this place, clarity arises, supporting a gentle vision for the year ahead.
This ceremony is not about doing, but about being — tasting warmth, sensing the moment, and letting the mind rest. A pause offering clarity, groundedness, and quiet nourishment.
No prior experience is needed.
Just bring your presence and an open heart.
“In stillness, all things return to their source.”
